Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Aura Battle is developed and published by Iván Frutos Martínez, an independent developer operating under the name bitEver in Spain. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@bitever.com.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Aura Battle or contact us about Aura Battle.
3. Information handled by the game
Aura Battle does not require an account or login. Game progress, settings, unlocked content and local purchase entitlement state are stored on your device. Removing the app or clearing its data may remove locally stored game progress.
Aura Battle uses the services described below. The exact information processed can depend on your device, platform, region, consent choices, privacy settings and service configuration.
Depending on those circumstances, information processed through Aura Battle and its service providers may include approximate location derived from network information, device identifiers, advertising information, app and gameplay interactions, in-app purchase information, crash information and performance information.
4. Analytics
Aura Battle uses Firebase Analytics to help understand how the game is used, including gameplay progression, engagement, feature usage and product performance.
When Analytics is enabled under the applicable consent flow, Firebase Analytics may process information such as app interactions, gameplay events, app-instance identifiers, device and app information, and approximate location derived from network information.
Firebase Analytics may also process information about in-app purchase events, such as the product purchased, price, value and currency, for analytics purposes.
Aura Battle does not require a player account and does not assign a custom account-level user ID to Firebase Analytics.
Analytics collection is enabled only when permitted by the applicable consent flow, platform requirements and the user's privacy choices.
5. Advertising, consent and tracking
Aura Battle may show automatic interstitial advertisements between completed battles and optional rewarded advertisements that the player chooses to watch in exchange for an in-game reward.
Google Mobile Ads may process information including IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and advertising identifiers where permitted, advertising data, app and ad interactions, device information, crash information and performance information.
This information may be used to provide and measure third-party advertising, perform analytics, maintain security and prevent fraud, diagnose technical problems and improve advertising performance.
Where permitted by applicable consent choices and platform permissions, certain information may also be used for personalized third-party advertising and advertising measurement, including associating advertising-related activity with information from other apps, websites or services.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to request, manage and store privacy choices where required. Where available, users can review or change applicable advertising and consent choices through the Privacy Options control in Aura Battle's Settings screen.
On iOS, Aura Battle may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework after showing an explanatory message.
If the user grants ATT permission, the device advertising identifier (IDFA) may be available for personalized advertising and advertising measurement where otherwise permitted by the user's consent choices and applicable law.
If ATT permission is denied, Aura Battle remains fully playable. Advertisements may still be shown without using the IDFA, subject to the user's consent choices, platform signals and advertising-service availability.
6. In-app purchases
Aura Battle offers a non-consumable Remove Automatic Ads purchase. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or process your full payment-card details.
Purchase information such as product identifiers, transaction information and entitlement status may be processed to complete, validate or restore the purchase.
When Analytics is enabled and permitted, information about an in-app purchase, such as the product, price, value and currency, may also be processed by Firebase Analytics for analytics purposes.
7. Support messages
If you contact us for support or another request, we process the information you choose to provide, which may include your email address, device or operating-system details, screenshots and message content.
This information is used only as reasonably necessary to investigate, respond to and resolve your request, comply with applicable obligations and protect the security of the service.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
8. Why information is processed
Depending on the context, applicable law and the user's choices, information may be processed for the following purposes:
- Provide and operate Aura Battle.
- Process, validate and restore in-app purchases.
- Understand game usage, engagement and progression.
- Measure and improve product and advertising performance.
- Provide third-party advertising.
- Provide personalized advertising where permitted.
- Maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Diagnose crashes, errors and performance problems.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
- Comply with applicable legal and platform requirements.
Consent is requested and used where required by applicable privacy law or platform rules.
9. Service providers
Aura Battle relies on third-party service providers to provide analytics, advertising, consent management, in-app purchasing and platform distribution.
These services may include:
- Google Firebase and Firebase Analytics
- Google Mobile Ads
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
- Unity In-App Purchasing
- Apple App Store and StoreKit
- Google Play and Google Play Billing
These providers process information according to their applicable terms, privacy policies, contractual obligations and legal requirements. Where required by applicable law or platform rules, service providers that process user information are required to apply appropriate protections to that information.
You can learn more from the following privacy resources:
10. International transfers
Some of the service providers used by Aura Battle operate internationally. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the country where you live.
Where required, such processing and transfers are subject to the safeguards, contractual mechanisms and other protections used by those providers and required by applicable law.
11. Retention and deletion
Local game progress, settings and locally stored entitlement information remain on your device until they are reset, cleared or removed, including when the app's local data is deleted.
Firebase Analytics information is retained according to the retention settings configured for the Analytics service and Google's applicable retention rules.
Google Mobile Ads, UMP, Apple, Google Play and other third-party service providers retain information according to their applicable privacy policies, legal obligations and configured retention controls.
Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve the request and to meet applicable legal obligations.
Where we directly control information, we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
12. Children
Aura Battle is not directed specifically to children under 13 and is not submitted as a Made for Kids app.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us, for example through a support message, contact us at info@bitever.com so that we can review the request and take appropriate action.
13. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, receive a copy of certain information, or withdraw consent.
Where available, advertising and consent choices can be reviewed or changed through the Privacy Options control in Aura Battle's Settings screen.
On iOS, App Tracking Transparency permission can also be reviewed or changed through the device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking controls.
Withdrawing consent affects future processing where that processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not necessarily require a service provider to delete information that it is otherwise legally permitted or required to retain.
To make a privacy request, contact info@bitever.com with the subject Aura Battle Privacy Request.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority in your country or region.
14. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Aura Battle, its service providers, our practices or applicable legal requirements change.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
